Jason Williams 

     20+ years in the kitchen in the Chicago area and has prepared food for many people including the likes of Rick Nielsen, Scott Ian,
Bobby McFerrin and Collin Hayes. Been referred to as "Ratatouille" for his extremely sensitive sense of smell and taste.  Jason can pick out any seasonings and flavors in a dish and recreate it even better.  For the last 13 years he has been the head chef at Octane.net  and created a menu that is one of the best (if not thee best) in Rockford, IL.  Jason has been in the music scene for 25+ years,  traveled coast to coast, played in the best clubs and continues to sing his ass off! Now here he is, fusing Rock n' Roll
and his ecclectic tastes in the kitchen to make one bitchin statement on your tongue..Enjoy!
